I just got hired at La Boheme, Denver tonight. It is very, very different from the small, slow, blue-collar club I started stripping at about 3 months ago. I was wondering if there were any girls here who could answer a few specific questions I had? I tried to ask them at the club, but everyone was pretty busy of course and I got convoluted and conflicting answers. At my smaller club, I made the mistake of not finding out all the rules before I hit the floor, and I'd just like to avoid the confusion that can cause.
First, the manager tried to break down what I'm supposed to do in each song of my set, and he made it sound like I should stay standing for the whole first two songs. Without a pole, I was kind of lost, and the customers at my stage didn't seem to want to shell out for that. Do I really need to limit my floorwork for two whole songs?
What's the deal with the one-way contact? I think I was told I could touch the customer as long as I wasn't topless, but I saw some topless girls with their hands on customers shoulders. Did I misunderstand, is it not strictly enforced, or what? My other job was at a very strict, no-contact, air dance club so I'm not at all sure how contact clubs work in CO.
The last thing I'm curious about is lap dances. How close am I allowed to be and how much touching can I do? I don't want this to sound like I'm chomping at the bit to give handjobs, I just want to know the club limits.
Also, any other tips or necessary information for being successful here would be very appreciated![]()
