    Im on a diet. I haven't eaten anything bad except for maybe one thing in the past 2 months. I'm doing really good and yeah I feel good about it....

    But...

    But...

    I really really want to order pizza.

    Like...

    REALLY bad.

    Should I just order the damn pizza?

    You could get one with a whole wheat crust, low-fat mozzarella and veggies. That wouldn't be too bad for you... so long as you don't eat the whole thing, anyway!

    Get a vegetarian pizza with a low-fat crust and low-fat cheese if you can. Maybe not the same as you're thinking about, but it could help to satisfy your craving. Or maybe order whatever kind you want and just make sure it's personal size not extra large, so you can't overdo it.

    come on, after 2 months of healthy eating, one night won't hurt! even if you eat the whole damn pizza. just dont make a habit of it.

    girl, you know that 'cheating' now and then is actually healthy for your metabolism, right?? go for it!! you need something that requires your metabolic rate to go into work-mode so it doesn't get sluggish on a diet.

    If I have something I'm really craving I kill the craving by eating a lot of it. Trust me, you won't want pizza for a long time if you just give in, order the best pizza you can, and pig out.

    Get a pizza eat the whole thing in one sitting to remind you how awful it feels to be unhealthy. Then be good for another 2 months.

    i'd be tempted to order the pizza too, but then i'd consider just how bad the pizza is going to make you feel afterwards. do you think you're going to feel really shitty and guilty if you eat it? i know that i always do...

    That's the thing. After eating well for a couple of months straight. The indulgence won't make you feel good. YOu'll feel like crap. That's motivation to keep it clean again.

    This is my theory.

    Pooka, order the pizza and get it out of your system. Grab 1 slice and throw the rest down the garbage disposal though! (or give it away)

    I compromised.

    I smoked then ordered off the healthy part of the chinese take out menu and just got lots of it. Lots of healthy is still good, kinda. It was deeeeelishus.

    Thanks for the advice. I didn't even know I had posted this thread haha. My food part of my brain gets out of hand sometimes and types things.
