One feels fine no pain at all, the other is hurting like a bitch and swollen to double the size.
I am not supposed to remove bandage but I want to see whats going on under there.
Suggestions?

Dont remove the bandages. Dont you have an appointment tomorrow?
Oh and Congrats!
Yeah, do as your doctor says and don't remove the bandages! He will most likely take them off anyway during your first post op appointment.
Congratulations on the new bewbies!
Congratulations to you too, beautiful Audry! We both will remember this day for a long time, huh?
My appointment is Monday.
The right boob is so tender and painful!

That happens sometimes - ice it and take your meds.Drink plenty of water and rest as much as possible.
I know you want to see what they look like - don't take off your bandages!
Relax and welcome to the boobie club
Happy, healthy healing.

Keep your bandages on! And exciting news! New bewbies are fun.

Yay for new boobies! Be very good to yourself. Time to rest up with your fave dvd's or books and take it easy.
The pain is normal. Just watch for a hematoma.

Boobies are great! Congrats!
BTW - How did the chem peel turn out?
Ditto to watch out for a hematoma. I'd be a little concerned about the uneven swelling and pain, this is one of the early complications the docs warn about. If it keeps up you might want to call the nurse or doc just in case. Perhaps they can get you an earlier appointment.
The swelling has evened out as far as I can tell. This morning it was ridiculous. its hard to know whats happening under all these bandages.
I hardly have any pain now.
Yay for new boobies!

I'm assuming you got unders - if so, think about it. The Doc had to make a pocket in your muscle to put the implant and then he filled it up. Thats going to cause some owie stuff right there.
Swelling and bruising is normal. If your worried, call your Doc
Happy new boobies!

And... How are you doing today pretty dancer girl???
Well I can't take any photos because I am all wrapped up in the compression garments, and I am not allowed to take it off till Monday.
I called the clinic about the uneven swelling and nausia resulting from the painkillers / antibiotics.
Dr said the uneven swelling is because she had to manipulate the right side a lot to get the implant in a good position, so that explains that. She told me just take tylenol and thats enough.
Re the nausia, I got the lecture about You Gotta Eat! so I am working on some crackers and Canada Dry now.
I got really spoiled with the Drs in Egypt, who come over to your flat if you need medicines and help, its weird here how you have to call the doctor and actually go to him, then make another entire trip to the pharmacy!
But in general I am not in a lot of pain, and the major problem is nausia.
Good good good. You just make sure to keep takin it easy for a few more weeks, watch lots of movies, and chat with your SW friends. It will all be worth it!![]()

Congrats, girl ! The first 3 days are the worst ...
As to the nausea, I always have this problem ... and it's actually the result of my body's reaction to the stupid prescription pain meds not the surgery itself. After the first day I now just suck it up, stop taking the heavy duty pain meds, and just load up on tylenol. Personally, I'd rather deal with a bit more pain in the chest than the friggin nauseated feeling !
I'm always happy when I hear about new boobies!!! Hope you love them.
I have cohesive jells over the muscle, they are ROCK HARD now, is that normal in the beginning?
^Yes, that's the swelling. They will soften up over the weeks ahead as they 'drop and fluff.'
Congrats!!!!!!!!! Cant wait to get mine
