I went to my local, uh, GNC (for you Americans) and started looking at diet pills. There was a supplement they mentioned to take with CLA (which is $60 a bottle here, wtf?) and it was expensive!! $120 a bottle and it lasts a month. Hell no. I checked the ingredients and it was basically caffeine and grean tea supplements. So I decided, fuck that! I'll take caffeine and down it in an entire 300mls of green tea!
So I did. Every single morning now for two weeks I've had a caffeine tablet and a large glass of green tea. Every meal I've had a caplet of CLA.
The weight is just dropping - exactly where I want it. In the last two weeks I went from 60kg (132 pounds) to 51kg (112 lbs). And now I'm teetering just barely on a good 50kg (my goal weight) Which of course is a loss of 10 lbs a week!I have definitely lost off my legs, which was my main goal, as I have some thiiiick thighs and I (purposefully, using a high-carb energy routine instead of high-protein) lost muscle on my arms, making them appear thinner. True, I've lost a bit of strength, but I've gained HEAPS of stamina. And the bonus - my boobs have stayed the same size, YAY!
I love my boobies now - Yekhefah will be happy - no implants for me!
So, lots of pasta, some cycling, toning (which is what I was already doing for a few weeks) coupled with my green tea and caffeine and CLA really worked! Plus as opposed to $120 a month in pills, I'm spending like $20 a week in caffeine (100mg) and tea bags.
I really really just wish I had taken before pictures of my thighs! Gaaah. I still have my booty but now my thighs have a gap in between them at the crotch! WOOOO~!!

). Plus caffeine is not only a diuretic, it's a appetite suppressant, so eating it first thing in the morning severely cut back on my mid-day snacking, which helped a lot.
