    Default Shangri-La

    OK so I've read the book and a ton of posts about this diet. I'm actually pretty skinny (I'm 5'3.5" and 107 lbs) right now. I am just happier when I am around 100 b/c all my weight goes to my stomach...

    I've do this diet for 2 weeks and it hasn't worked at all. It did make me want healthier foods but I didn't gain or lose. I was using the ELVOO once every morning and was very careful not to taste anything during the windows. Should I switch oils or do it more?

    I tried the Shangri-La method a while back and it didn't do a thing for me either. I understand that it's supposed to suppress one's appetite but I found myself eating pretty much the same amount I'd usually eat without the oil, so I gave up after a month or so.

    I lost about 8 pounds on it and haven't gained it back.. but I was on it for a couple of months, and the 8 pounds came off within 2 or 3 weeks.. so I was good for a little while. But it did wear off for a while. Now I'm just doing Tonalin and riding my bike 6 or 7 miles a day. Not much, but it's the best I can do right now.

    I'm not sure it works for me any more, either- I've gained weight lately.
