OK so I've read the book and a ton of posts about this diet. I'm actually pretty skinny (I'm 5'3.5" and 107 lbs) right now. I am just happier when I am around 100 b/c all my weight goes to my stomach...
I've do this diet for 2 weeks and it hasn't worked at all. It did make me want healthier foods but I didn't gain or lose. I was using the ELVOO once every morning and was very careful not to taste anything during the windows. Should I switch oils or do it more?
