I'm starting at a lcub tonight where you have to wear liquid latex on your nipples. I also have nipple piercings. Does anybody know if that'll be a problem? I've never worn or seen liquid latex so I know nothing about it.
Cover your ring with medical tape first. I've never worn liquid latex, but this is what the girls I work with who wear pasties do. Keeps them from getting glue in the holes.
I believe you Dottie and you have my support

Paint around 'em.
I just put a few strokes right in the middle of the nipple. you do not need to slather it on.
p.s. get fabric paint for 99 at a craft store. it won't look like you have been lactating and it all dried up.
K, make sure you dust powder on your latex after it dries. That's really important.
Also, keep an eye out for allergic reaction. I don't want to scare you, so I wont go into what happened to my nipple (unless you really want to know), but watch for changes. K?
The edges also can curl up after some time and dancing, so put some hairspray on your finger and run it around the edges of the latex to help with that. It still will do it, but the hairspray helps a bit.
The fabric paint does stay on longer, is thicker and comes in colors. Where as the latex is thinner, more realistic and dries clear. I used to put blush on it as a powder and it gave my nipples a nice rosy color.
K, here is what happened to my nipples.
I was laying down and my nipple felt wet, my hubby looked at it and said "is that blood?" I grabbed my breast and just that little squeeze caused more blood to come out.
I went to several doctors, and even had a mamo. done. It turned out the latex was collecting in small amounts in my milk ducts, and since I am allergic (or sensitive as the doc's put it) it cause swelling and aggravation.
I had noticed before all of this that after a night of work I would have raised bumps on my areola and my nipples were EXTREMELY sensitive to touch.
So just keep an eye on them and pay attention to changes on your body. Plenty, and I mean PLENTY of women use the liquid latex and have no problems. But it does happen.
I hate liquid latex. I used fabric paint.
I know you said that they use clear latex. When they powder them, can you tell the latex is clear? Does mgmt demand that you use clear? If not, then I would get fabric paint in your skin color and go from there.
I, too, had some nasty allergic reactions to latex. Not fun (not as bad as EE, but not fun). Fabric paint washes off...doesn't peel, so no need for touch-up, and doesn't make you break out.
Mine even tho it's clear-drying, seems to glob up around a part of my nipple no matter how little I put on! And have a whitish tone to it. I'd always find myself straight up peeling it off cuz I felt like a customer was staring at it. Or explaining it or something--not sexy! Good luck tho, you'll kno soon enough what works for you.

Where I live we have to put it on the areola, but not the nip. Find out if your area is like that or whole nip... you might be able to paint around it!

Excuse my ignorance, but why do you have to put it on your nipples?

Yea, you can get arrested for prostitution for doing a LD w/o latex in NM. Thing of latex as pasties or a bra. ( Strange huh?)
