    Default another BA question (sorry)

Is there a chance that when they open you up they won't be able to fit that actual implant in? Im talking about the cohesive gels not saline. I heard that many surgeons have a couple of diff sizes on hand in case this happens.

Has this happened to any of you ladies? They have not been able to give you as big as you asked for?

Im going to call my surgeon tomorrow to ask about this. I keep thinking of last minute questions, I guess it's my nerves.

Well your surgeon should know whether or not they can fit the implant through your nipple or not. Are you going through the nipple?

Nope my nipples are too small im going under the breast fold and under the muscle. I just heard from someone that sometimes once they open you up and pull the muscle away from the rib cage that it wont stretch enough in there to fit an implant.

Seriously the girls are work were making me more nervous over the weekend. Everyone was saying diff things I didn't want to hear it

I would just call your doc instead. How much of a chance did they say about it not fitting? Also, eventhough you haven't asked yet what are your options in case it doesn't fit? Besides, I think you said in the 300's for the implant. Thats a smallish implant unless you're 5ft nothin.

I am 5 ft nothing haha.
    I will call tomorrow.
I am having 360 in left and 320 in right. The smaller option was 320 in left and 280in right. That was the size he recommended but i was a bit stubborn.

I would consider his reputation: is he conservative or not? My doc was on the conservative side and suggested 375 at most. I went just over 400 and ended up with C/D cup. I could have [and now want bigger] went bigger for a full D cup but had no idea how it would look. Going a bit bigger than he suggested got me close to the look I originally wanted.

    Hope that makes sense.

    ^^^
Yes very, very conservative. The reason I argued about the size was that when he put the 320 in on the left size (the try on one) it seriously only looked the same size as my right breast which is a small b cup.

So 400 only took you to a c-d cup? what size were u before?

I was a 34B..small flat B. I'm 5ft 5in though. So my C/D cup looks like a reg. C cup on chest. I'd show you a before pic but I won't post it here. I'd go with the bigger size if I were you if he is that conservative.

I hope I dont end up looking too big. He said I'll be a full C cup but possibly a D in some bras. I don want to look too big. My left breast is an A cup and my right is a very small b. 32b.

Go with your gut. You want the bigger go with the bigger. Last thing you want is to be like me and 100000000000 other women out there who get them done and 2 months later already want to go bigger...

I'm 5'6 and 110lbs, I was an A cup before and my left breast a bit smaller than the right. I got 320cc's in the left and 310cc's in the right. I got saline though so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I'm a big C, small D right now but the implants are still really high up and smushed against my chest. My doctor said I'll definetely be a D cup because of my frame, and I think once they drop they'll fluff out and look a little bigger.

I didn't want to go too big either, but I did want big boobs, I'm really happy with the results so far. I'd definetely say to go with the bigger sizes that you chose! Good luck If you need anything else, feel free to PM me!

Sorry to be OT, but Jaiz I am so looking forward to seeing your new bewbs! I'm a 32A/B myself and I haven't seen too many smaller ribcaged girls get a conservative size.
