Well, how much do you want to spend on one?
This is the one I got with my cosmo kit for school. It's decent and not too expensive.

I like my Vidal Sassoon ionic dryer. I have the frizzy hair problem after drying too. What helps me is towel drying and then putting some Hydra TLC from Sunsilk in my hair, then blowdrying. Makes it softer and less frizzy.

LOL! I was just thinking this morning about posting a thread asking the same question!hehe... I think mines about to die too....it feels less hot, plus it's a cheap one....I've heard the ion ones are good but other than that I know nothing. Hopefully the other girls have some good advice on hair dryers for us both!

I have a CHI which works well but honestly I wish I had a travel sized one instead of the full size. The thing that bugs me the most about my dryer is due to the design, I always accidentally switch it off as I'm drying. Not a huge deal, just an annoyance. I usually avoid that now by just holding it by the barrel instead of the handle. Anyhow, I think I will just pick up a travel Babyliss. It sucks trying to pack a full sized dryer.
What type of hair do you have? Like, is it very thick or thin? That might make a difference as far as how much wattage you'd need.

Well, I use on clients but it may be too fancy schmancy for everyday use...
Definately research on Folica.com. Great customer reviews there. In the meantime, there are some things you'll want to consider...
Look for something with at least two heat settings and two speed settings. Make sure you have control over the heat and speed; they need operate independently of one another. Some dryers have preset heat/speed settings so you're only options are warm breeze or scorching hurricane- not good. I also recommend finding a dryer with a cool shot.
If getting tons of volume is important to you, or if you have fine hair, you don't need an ionic dryer. The negative ions constrict the hair's outer cuticle which increases shine, smoothness, and controls frizz but it also makes the hair appear limper. If the dryer offers an ionic on/off switch and it's less than $100, the switch is just a gimmic. Chances are if it even omits any negative ions while "on", it's not enough to make a difference in your hair.
Honestly, if you have fine, limp hair you'll be able to get what you need for under $50... If you need serious frizz control and smoothing, a high qaulity, tourmaline/ionic dryer will be at least $100.

I use the Chi Rocket and love it! My stylist was using it on me and it was great. I went and bought one. It drys really fast with out high damaging heat and is relatively quiet. Plus I like how it lights up on the side to indicate heat.
