I think I read somewhere on here before that one day of really crappy over-eating won't do anything except make you gain water weight. can I get a confirmation on that?
oh and just so you know what I ate- an entire order of cinnastix from pizzhut, one lean cuisine meal, and 5/8 of a medium melty crispy pizza (or whatever it's called) from pizza hut. I believe that's about 2400-2600 calories total for the day.
what can I expect to happen from this?
