I'm usually too busy to cook, or I forget to eat until I'm starving) - therefore, my iron count is lower than normal, even though I take iron supplements every day. And I think I might be coming down with a cold, when I just had a cold, which turned into mono, less than two months ago! Argh! I'm taking vitamin c, along with a daily multi vitamin, and I'm starting to take echinacea. I've tried those Halls defense drops, which have vitamins, echinacea, and some other herbs, and I think they helped before, so I'm going to buy some tomorrow.
Anyone know of anything else that would help boost my immune system (besides eating better, which I am trying to do)? Especially with all the scary superbugs going around these days!
