gotta spray your feet and shoes with aerosol deodorant every night. That will help alot.

you can always sell them and buy new pairs with the profits.![]()

I don't know if this is good advice or not but after each night I put rubbing alcohol on a Kleenex and wipe 'em down.

I tried Febreze on mine and it worked pretty decently.

I tried febreze, perfume and baking soda.
Then I got a new pair.![]()
Somebody told me to put either foot powder or baby powder on them each night. I forget which one.. Hell, try both! What could it hurt? On a side note, I once had a dream that my manager fired me because my shoes were too stinky![]()
I just buy new shoes when mine start to stink really bad.

i use baby powder sometimes to cover stench.
Didn't we hear about putting themin the dish washer?
Please don't lick me, it tickles..
Bi Carb and Gumption (two of my favorite things...) are good! Get a paper clip (ect) and make sure you get all the scunge that gets down the sides (in between the strap/s and the shoe). Leave them in the sun or put them in a bag and into the freezer. Anti-bacterial laundry rinse is good too! ('Funk' is made by bacteria so you need to kill it...)
Bought a new pair.. I have wide feet So now I have blisters everywhere![]()

I tried febreze... didn't work so great.. what is Bi Carb and Gumption ??
WOW the dishwasher?? Anyone ever tried putting them in the dishwasher ??
I put them in the dishwasher it worked great! wow!
I don't chase money. Money chases me.
I just got done dumping my shoes in hot water and bleach and scrubbing the shit out of them. Got the idea on another thread.
It worked like a charm.

Yay! I'm glad its working for other people. I was so happy to be at work and NOT be worrying about my shoes.

I read somewhere (maybe here?) that putting them in the freezer works because the bacteria that cause odor cant survive in a cold climate. Ive never tried it though.

sorry to resurrect an old thread, but i'd rather do that than be accused of not knowing how to use the search function and starting a new thread... lol...
i don't think that the freezer thing would work for me. i onlly work 1-2 nights a week and usually the temperature this winter has been between 0-25 degrees and my shoes STILL stink.
going to try scrubbng them with dawn dish soap and a tooth brush but definitely want more suggestions. these things are RANK.
Thats when I know it's time for new shoes.. I find if I wash them the glue will loosen or something and they break soon after, they are usually old by the time they smell anyway

spray them bad boys w/ Lysol everyday. If keep wearing stinky shoes Id be scared to get foot fungus.

I haven't tried it for shoes, but I have Wet Ones antibacterial hand wipes (citrus scent). Says it kills 99.99% of bacteria, & cleans better than hand sanitizers. Plus you're not getting shoes soaking wet, & possibly loosening the fit, etc.
