Does anyone find once they cut out fast food, once they eat it again it pisses off their body?
Admittedly I haven't been eating the best still, but one thing I have pretty much cut out was fast food. Hadn't had it in about a month, and I used to eat it almost every day. I blame it on being broke, not because I tried to cut down, but I guess that's a good thing.
Well tonight I had a big dinner of Taco Bell. And the other night I grabbed a burger from Jack in the Box.
Holy hell, do I feel like shit afterwards. Tonight, as well as the other night, I have this unsettling feeling in my stomach, bloated, and the toilet is my *ahem* best friend. I eat one meal of fast food and my IBS goes haywire and I feel unwell until it comes out again.
I guess that's good right? Now I want to steer clear of FF....![]()
