Im craving beer.
Yes beer.
A month ago I didnt drink beer, now Ive found a great low cal beer, and Im a bit addicted. I want a drink (I finished my final exams today) but everything else that I can find at home is FULL of calories.
I have a migrane coming on, so dont want to drive to the bottle-o and grab some beer.
Ive settled for a glass of white wine, but Im worried that Ill go bad when I DO get my beers tomorrow. I usually indulge my cravings, by having a TINY bit, then trying to feel satisfied, rather than complete denial.
How do you fight your cravings?
