Sigh. I've been in Zeitgeist rebellion mode for awhile now. Haven't watched it, just been told AAALLL about it...I think, at this point, I object to the irony of the situation..."watch this collection of media clips and propaganda so that you can know how media propaganda is brainwashing you!"

    hmmm.

I'll watch it, eventually, and maybe I'll be a convert too. I wonder what I'd do with the information even if I was convinced of an impending NWO.

    Yeah seriously confusing.

Also is it good to know all the facts of the government? I mean details on things that are important and due to how media works have it go and broadcast all over the world? Just wondering.

oh my god. i started crying when the Vchip thing came on. is this really going to happen? i don't understand what is going on because i'm really upset.

off to read vg's article and hope it cheers me up.

also, i'm not a big christian, but doesn't the bible say that a chip in our bodies wil be the mark of the beast or something like that? and if we don't have it we will not be able to buy anything? i don't want to seem like a hypocrite but i was raised catholic (which is why i'm not religious now) and that's why it's kind of sticking with me. i feel like shit.

When I think of the US government, the image that comes to mind is that of ineptness, doing many things, but few, if any of them, very well. Somehow, I can't believe a government which mismanages everything else could pull off a conspiracy this great.

Well, as some others have pointed out, you have to kind of wonder. If G. Bush and crew are the greatest conspirators of all time, then you at least have to ask, so why didn't they sneak and plant some WMDs to be found in Iraq? Hmmm.

Exactly. Just because "snopes" says it's not true doesn't mean it isn't.

but if this were true, we'd already have that currency, and there would be no cananda/us border. trust me, there is. even though it's really easy to get through if you're legitimately crossing for vacationing reasons. (or work, if you're slick about it!)

I'm inclined to agree. Though there are some pretty evil people running this country, I think things like this video are just another diversion so people can point fingers and go "ooh! a distraction!" and avoid actually doing something productive like, say, voting or reading a book.

ok..just finished watching the zeitgeist movie (which I never even wanted to watch in the 1st place) and am kinda glad I did. It definitely got me thinking, and now I have a million questions. Overall it's very compelling. I think everyone should watch the whole thing at least once. You really have nothing to lose. Here are a few quotes/sayings that I liked.

The last thing the men behind the curtain want is a conscious, informed public capable of critical thinking. Which is why a continuous fraudulent zeitgeist is output, via religion, the mass media and the educational system. They seek to keep you in a distracted, naive bubble, and they are doing a damn good job of it.

    Okay
    A) What would be so terrible about a North American Union anyway? Does anyone remember that Manifest Destiny thing we had going on for awhile? Just think of it as... colonialism. Then we'll get all the Canadian bacon and vacations in Cancun our hearts desire.

    B) Who are "they"? If there's another thing we learn about people "ruling the world" (if you will) is that they don't share power. I can't imagine an inter-generational conspiracy between "them" (whatever that means).

    C) The media doesn't dictate public interests. Public interests dictate the media.

    And finally

    D) The US especially has a looooong history of swinging back & forth between ultra-liberalism and ultra-conservatism. I think what we're going through now is just the backlash from that whole free love/disco glitter/ punk rock/ hair band/ stock market/ cocaine out of a hooker's belly button phase we just went through.

    Just my opinion, though.

Bush is just a puppet, hanging by the strings, guided by the shadow men of the Rothschild conspiracy.

A North American Union sounds like a great idea! Mexican culture and Canadian social services, what's not to like?

Well I know about the ID card, and I know about the passport. Look at the bottom of the application, on the passport application. By the way did anybody look at bill 93.
