That was a fantasticly unbiased column. Yay for no stripper bashing!!
Well, he's got me figured out. Now I know that I go to strip clubs because I am "lacking in self-esteem and personal affirmation."
Thank God I found that out. I was kinda wondering.
Of course, he knows all about clubs because.....he never goes. It's not that he doesn't respect what dancers do (after having bashed them repeatedly) it's because, by his own admission, he is "too cheap."
What a prize this guy is.
On the other hand, his son just slipped by my one-time, one-club spending record, and I totally respect him for that. I like this guy. Maybe I should take him under my wing, assuming he has future access to dad's credit card.![]()

*jaw drops* Dayam. I wish I was there.
me too!!!!!
what club was this at?
I don't know, but if anyone finds out, I'm curious! It just says it was somewhere in the Florida panhandle.
omfg. if a customer is drunk and hands you a credit card and you somehow manage to take $53k off it, your stealing. no amount of dances would eventuate to that kind of money, even if hed booked 10girls out all night, they shouldnt have taken that much.
i hope they get a good dose of karma for being such theiving cunts. no customer should be treated like that in a club, sure they are there to be spending money, but that is taking advantage in a big way.

good thing the kid wasn't in Manhattan ... the credit card bill would have been six figures instead of only five !
Check out my new eBay auctions.......

This was at Club 10 in Fort Walton....my neck of the woods. This was all over the news for a bit. I was holding my breath that they'd close the place because of the after hours alcohol sales and we'd get a brand new shipment of girls, money is extremely tight as it is.
Apparently he bought about 20 very high dollar champagne bottles for the ladies.
The update on this is that they cut the credit card amount by 1/3.
I only object to the part where the writer calls strippers "brethren" to lawyers.![]()

"He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor! Many Shuvs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!"
I respectfully disagree. We all know that the dancers aren't the ones who run the credit cards. There were steps to the card being charged that much. And not for nothing he signed the slip! I know my club had you not only sign it but give a thumb finger print and well as ok the amount BEFORE IT WAS RUN (for Rhino chips). The article ASSUMED he was drunk, but there is no mention that he was actually drunk or in any way overpowered to get the card. He gave it freely.
And you're wrong about the amount. Pacman Jones threw $81K on stage, no dances. If you gave 10 girls $5K each, that's $50K. Or 5 girls $10K each, plus buying the best alcohol or tipping the waitresses with the rest. It's not unheard of (ok maybe it's unheard of where it happened, but certainly not in New York, LA or Las Vegas).

"Miss ChiChi, if you was my girl you would never cry from anything...except maybe happiness."

I agree-The only person being taken advantage of was the dad who gave his son a no-limits card! That was foolish on his part. I'm sure he didn't think his son was going to buy 20 bottles, but he should be pissed at the son, not doing a chargeback or asking it to be cut. 24 is not a 'tender age'.
