    Default Another Weightloss Question

    I did a photo shoot yesterday and got the photo's back and I look bloated and fat

    I need to drop 5kg as quickly as possible, what is the best way to do this?

    Is there a way to loose weight and keep your boobs?

    You want the healthy way or the unhealthy way? Actually, I won't tell you the unhealthy way. You seriously think that you can drop 10lbs (5kg) super fast in a healthy way? Though I don't know what time frame you mean by "quickly as possible".

    Average healthy weight loss is about 1-2 lbs per week. All I can say is clean up your eating, start weight training 3x per week and cardio 5-6 times per week and you'll see a huge difference.

    Just starting this calorie counting and what would be a good calorie amount to stick to for weight loss?

    I only need to drop 1.3kg a week to be at my ultimate weight, but I know it isn't going to come easy...

    Its possible to do but hard ass dedication will only work here. I'm talking working out 6-7 days a week with no food cheat days. Cardio for at least 40-45 min per day and weight train 3-4 days a week. If you can do all that you will most likely reach your goal. So make a plan and get started! Good luck!

    For me I am 5ft 5in and 135lbs now. For weight loss I eat btwn 1200-1300 calories a day, cardio 4 days a week and weight training 2-3 times per week. That includes one cheat day. I will lose 1-2lbs per week. Only at most 2lbs per week because I've worked out a bit harder or I discarded the cheat day.

    A good guide I used if to find out your height, weight, how much you want to lose, and then your BMR (basal metabolic rate: rate at which you burn calories if you did nothing all day). Heres a lil article about that and RMR.
