    Default Cellulite

Can cellulite be reversed? Will enough exercise get rid of it?

I have cellulite on my inner thighs and butt and need to get rid of it... it isn't a lot but it is enough to see and make me want to be sick

I'm not sure but I've heard a lot of girls on this site say that Tonalin CLA helps heaps to get rid of cellulite.

I don't have any cellulite but I've ordered some on ebay because it's also meant to be really good for losing weight and toning up and we can't get it in Australia

Ok i hear all the time that cellulite cannot be treated. But years ago I started to get some on my butt and the very top of the back of my legs. I started doing weight training at the gym esp squats and lunges and tried to reduce the amount of salt in my diet and carbonated drinks and i no longer have any.

I knew a personal trainer/nutritionist who exercised daily and ate really well. But no matter what she did she could not get rid of the cellulite and had lipo on her thighs. Its probably a combo of exercise, diet, and genetics.

I've read that cutting out caffeine from your diet and increasing your intake of antioxidants can help. But usually it's a genetic thing, where you have to lower your bodyfat percentage to make a difference. A little bit of cellulite isn't the end of the world, in my opinion. I don't think it makes a girl look terrible, unless it's incredibly dramatic or something. It seems to me that many if not most dancers I know have at least some, even the very fit or skinny ones. But what you can see under fluorescent lights is not the same as what's shown under club lights.

Everyone is different, but I have lost all my cellulite before by working out and dieting. When I gained weight back it came back too, and I have a moderate amount. I am working out again, so hopefully I will get good results, but as far as my personal experience it definately is reversible.

Guys tellm ethey really don't care all that much. It still upsets me though. I have a small amout so far. Hopefull that is as bad as it gets. My motehr is almost 60 and has almost none at all. She's also a bit overweight. My 24 year old cousin on my dads side is probably the same weight as my mom, has no kids (my mom has 4 ) and is covered in it all over her tiny flat ass and backs of thighs- I can't stand my cousin, so I smile at this, even though I know I could very well get it later.

I have cellulite, at a whopping 105 lbs. It's primarily a genetic issue, and actually is affected very little by lipo and other such procedures. However, smoking, wearing high heels, a bad diet, and hormone issues have been linked to increased cellulite.

I've seen high heels linked to it, as it pushed your upper thighs and lower buttocks together for extended periods of time, which can reshape cellulite in not so pretty ways.

I have always had cellulite and I am very self conscious of it. Everyone used to tell me I looked anorexic a few years back (I basically was) size 0 was big on me and I had cellulite on my thighs then. Now I weigh 125 and still have cellulite and I don't know how to get rid of it or what to do.

I had cellulite for a couple of months when I was experimenting with my diet (I'd added raw dairy, more grains although they were gluten-free, salt, coconut oil and poultry fyi). It was shocking! NEVER again.

The cellulite is gone now thank God. I think it took about 3 months.

I feel it has a lot to do with diet. Try eliminating gluten, dairy, refined foods, and salt and see what happens after 2 months. It's worked for me and a friend. I want to see if it'll work on others.

COconut oil is a good product but it's only ever made me gain weight. Now I only use it externally as a moisturizer. I get my fats from other places.

Fucking fuck. I checked out some articles on the caffeine (spec. coffee) thing, because that's my only real 'vice' in the consumption department, and one that I don't really want to give up, but would in the name of not having cellulite.

WOuldn't you know it, there are as many articles that say it reduces cellulite as there are that say it causes it.

^^ You have cellulite? I never would have known. I think I read somewhere else that topical products with caffeine reduce cellulite? St. Ives used to have this amazing, and cheap! cream that reduced cellulite. They got rid of it. Sacrilege! It made my skin so soft and amazing.

Yeah, I stopped drinking coffee because it hurts too much, although oh how I miss it. I still have it once in a while, and suffer the rest of the day.

I swear, my little ass dimples are the only thing I am not worried about, body wise. I s'pose I could try giving up all gluten and dairy and sugar...but I would rather live with the jiggle. And I'm usually all about the "out damned spot! OUT!" body issues mentality.

I can never see mine in the black light anyway.
