Lightbulb Found it...healthy low fat brownie

I was grabbing a snack at a local grocery store when I happened upon these brownies:

    http://www.glennys.com/index.php?cPath=22

They are 75% organic, high in fiber, low in fat, and 100 calories each!

All things considered, they taste pretty damn good. I love alternative baking cookies, but they are wayyyyy too many calories for me.

And my other latest and greatest dessert is canned pumpkin with a couple of teaspoons of splenda and some pumpkin pie spice. Yummy!

I am going to be happy and healthy dammit!

I've been searching for an alternative in the things I like to indulge in so im so giving that a try .I think I might have ruled out candy and instead eat peanut butter .Im trying to eat healthy but its so hard when all I ever ate was junk and never had a problem with till now.

I mix a little powdered millk, splenda, and pumpkin pie spice to taste, and then pour the mix into a small casserole dish (spray the dish first w/no stick spray) and bake it. It's as good as real pie w/o all the extra calories. It's kinda like pumpkin pie pudding! yumm.....

I'm really a fan of the no pudge fudge brownies. Sooooo dense! I like how you can make them one at a time so you're not gazing at a whole pan of brownies, hehe.

I hate you people! J/k! But really I have self control to a point which really means I have no self control because I will just eat like 5 of these brownies instead of just one. But it's awesome that they are out there.
