I have been running about a month and a half consistently, after running off and on for the longest time. I love it! I can now say I am a runner again, as I fell in love with running again, and have to hold back from going too fast for tooo long to prevent overtraining.
But you know when you are a runner again when you wake up before 6am to get to the gym to run five miles before class and it makes you so happy that you did it! I feel awesome!
