Possibly TMI!
I tried something called Super Green-T or Mega Green-T or something like that. I'm too lazy to get up and get the box. But I took one mid-morning, and one in the afternoon as per the directions. I've been really thirsty and I've had to go to the bathroom like four times today. And not like diarrhea or anything, normal. I just find it strange. Is that how it makes you lose weight? It makes you 'lose' everything you eat?
