Angry One of my implants is bottoming out / migrating altready

I got my boobs 1 month ago.

Everything was looking ok until about a week ago.

People were telling me the right one was harder than the left one. So I massaged it a few times in the past week, and I don't know if that's just when I started noticing, or if it was something I did, but now the right implant feels like its twisted or botoming out.

You can't see the problem but you can feel it.

The left implant is impossible to feel through the skin.

The right one feels like it is bulging down and into the cleavage. That is the same place I had the worse bruising.

I have choesive gel so I know it isn't ruptured... but the edge of the implant feels VERY irregular, like there is a nub sticking out of it. I don't know what I"m feeling but it does not feel like just the implant.

So I have an appointment tomorrow with the Dr and I will see what she says.

I need to get back to work soon, I really hope I am not getting opened up again. I was counting on going back full time January and Feb.

    Round.

Is there anyway to fix stuff without having surgery? I read something about a compression bra that fixes things. does anyone know about that?

I don't know anything about it but I'm sure it'll all get worked out. Especially once you see your doctor.

it depends on what's wrong with it, but I know some problems can attempt to be fixed without more surgery.

I know you can use the 'strap' to push them down, there should be something to push them up too...

did your ps advise you to massage? If not, maybe that contributed to the problem? I hope everything works out ok.

If it feels like a nub that sounds like scar tissue or perhaps an infection like a boil or cyst. It could be cc, and since you caught it early hopefully the doc can massage it out. Any of those scenerios should not require more surgery. Good luck at your appointment tomorrow.

One month post-op is really too early to worry. Have your doctor check things out of course. But the fact that one implant is 'dropping' faster than the other one may only indicate that you have more natural breast tissue / scar tissue / pec muscle on one side versus the other side. The odds of this sort of stuff happening are much higher of course for under the muscle implants versus over. If things still look 'unbalance' in another 6-8 weeks, THEN is the time to worry about corrective surgery.

the "nub" feeling could very well be your implant plug...

one will tend to drop more on the dominant side...the side most often used.

make sure you massage BOTH...not just one...the tissue will relax...and never at the same time...

i agree with Melonie...if after 3 months they are still off...get in to the doc.
