    Default chest rash...?

For the past week or two I've had a rash or something on the skin right between my boobs, and up my chest a little (good thing Im not working right now!!!), but I haven't really had time to pay attention to it because it's not severe or anything. It kind of looks like a bunch of acne, except I don't think it is, because the spots are smaller and not quite as 3-D (sorry if that's TMI) as regular acne. I think it's getting a little worse too, as in more spots.

I read somewhere that it could be a rash caused by estrogen. I did switch pills recently (well, a couple months ago), and though estrogen is good for clearing up acne, I've noticed I generally break out a bit when switching pills before things settle down.

I'm wondering if that's the cause, or maybe it's from wearing layers all the time now that it's cold (no air circulation?). I know it's not dry skin or anything, and it's not irritation from a bra. I'm starting to put some Aveeno ultra calming moisturizer a couple times a day, and I might try a little acne cream if it really is acne. Anyone else had this or something similar? What could I use to get rid of it? I really don't think it's bad enough to see a doctor for it, but I might if it doesn't go away in the near future. I haven't had chest-ne (or anything that resembles it) in a long time, and it looks icky.

I switched to a lower hormone bc pill and some of the acne that was surpressed came back. =*( I have to take better care of my skin now. Rashes, dry skin, etc. are common in the winter and your skin needs extra care. Are you getting enough water? Are you stressed?

Relax, try a bath with epsom salts. Clothing that is too tight, bras that don't fit properly, etc. will also irritate your skin if it is sensitive. I use Cetophil products, which you can find at any drug store, which is for super sensitive skin. Aloe vera and vitamin e will help in the meantime too.

I will get a rash between my boobs if i have a tight bra on that pushes them together, they sweat . Could that be it?
