    Default bad sleeping habbits

I have to share my bed with somebody who has a habit of snoring(sometimes) and sleeping scrunched up(all the time). Not only is it scrunch up but it takes most of the bed(and its a big bed) and its very difficult for me to sleep comfortably and well. And is a blanket thief sometimes. I am good friends with the sleeping bag that lurks on the side of the bed , so i have that problem solved. Its really ruining my sleep to deal with this, i am sleeping more that 8 hours coz my sleep is not refreshing. Help!!!

I wish I could help, but I can only relate.

Stupid bed-sharing. I think the men and women 1950s television really had something going with their separate twin beds/sometimes even separate bedrooms.

I hope it gets better, sweetheart!

I wish snoring were a habit... it could be unlearned...

King size bed.... or 2 doube beds, and you can be in your own zipcode, and roll over when you want to.
One more cup of coffee for the road,
One more cup of coffee 'fore I go
    To the valley below....

Slowly moseying my way to the exit.

Yeah between the husband and the dog, I'm lucky to have my corner to scrunch up in. Luckily, he's up at 6am so I have the majority of the bed to roll around in for a couple hours after that. As far as the snoring goes, I sleep better anyway with a pillow over my head to block ambient light and noise but maybe try earplugs or elbow him in the side if it gets too loud?

I got no other advice but try to talk about it and make it work?

My man snores. I am the same as Sunday Morning, I sleep with a pillow over my eyes(goes back to my stripper days of working til 4 am and into bed at dawn!!). I usualy jab my man until he gets on his stomach (when he is on his back it isthe worst!!!). This usually works. When he is drunk it is the Wors too! LOL. I understand girl. Sometimes I make him sleep on the sofa cuz its so bad. Maybe he has sleep apnea. My man is making Dr. appoimtment to check for this and to see what he can do.

Let me know if you find out any secrets=)

Breathe right strips and the Snore Relief spray. It works! Apparently I woke up one night and tryed to smother the boy with a pillow for snoring. Oops. He went out and got this stuff, and I don't have to kill him. I do have earplugs as well. Just in case.

For the blanket stealing, well...I do that. I slowly turn into a burritto every night. Roll roll roll roll.

I never slept well in all the years I was married. I not only think men and women should have separate beds/bedrooms, I think they should have separate houses, or at least the opposite side of a duplex.

If you dont have a guest room you can go sleep in...I suggest my method. A sharp and fast jab to his ribs when he snores loud. He'll wake up saying "what the hell" Then you say ...you were snoring like a Sleestack(if you guys are old enough to know what that is )....roll over.

Dont worry...no matter how much he bitches...he isnt likely to remember in the morning. So poke away....Annoy tiny sexy one....annoy like the wind....

I keep those industrial earplugs in my night stand just in case. But apparently now i'm snoring and keeping HIM awake so its good pay back. He pokes at me and i get so pissed off. One night i screamed FUCK YOU BUDDY you try sleeping 30 weeks pregnant!! He hasn't poked me since He has gone to the guest room though. haha. He also steals covers but i'm always hot anymore anyway!

My dog always wakes me up, so I can totally relate. I wish I could give her sleeping pills.

I'm on the other side of that... My guy is the lightest sleeper EVER! I'm always way on my side of the bed because I'm so paranoid that I'll screw with his already crappy nights sleep. My previous bf was a huge cuddler, so I was used to sleeping all entertwined... So, I was doing it with THIS guy. He finally told me that it kept him from sleeping about 4 months into the relationship. Heh, I had to laugh. I was like, "So, you've just been laying awake suffering this whole time??".

My boyfriend could have written this abou tme! I am the worst bed partner ever! I am a total bedhog. He sleeps half on/half off the bed. He pokes me all night long asking em to move over, and if i don't bite his head off and actually move, i end up scooting closer in a few minutes anyway. We sleep with seperate blankets cause I'm a blanket hog to. And I am also the worlds biggest sleep bitch. do not wake me up. for any reason. i dont care if there is a tornado outside. i wanna sleep through it. I feel bad for him....and I cant seem to help it.
    poor boy.
