well, you can talk dirty on yuor lapdances, but i don't see how it would work otherwise without the dancing part, sure its legal to talk dirty w/ exception of services in exchange for money talk, which includes otc, or in the club
These days I like to count my money. I like to wash it delicately and iron it. Sometimes I dry it with some bounty to make it all nice and cuddly. I love my money... did I say that out loud?

A small percentage of guys will like it when you talk dirty during a dance. However, I wouldn't make it a habit, because you will most likely turn off more guys than you will turn on.

I think talking dirty and sharing explicit fantasies of what you "would" do (not "will") are best kept in a VIP room, champagne room, or private dance area. You'll often be able to keep them back there longer, titillating them verbally.

You should never be speaking of specific hotels, sites, dates, times, phone numbers, etc because it is then no longer fantasy or dirty talk. Be very careful of that because otherwise you might be guilty of setting up a hook-a-date for later, which IS illegal since there has been an exchange of money between you and the customer.

I think it's all fun and games. I've had guys tip me just for talking to them not even flirting with them. Not often but it happens.

Just make sure that they understand your not serious and your not trying to sell anything on the side. If your telling the wrong person wrong things it's a good way to attract stalkers imo. Just be careful.

I've had guys tip me just to talk to them. But a lot of guys will get upset if they think you're just trying to get there money by talking and not wanting to give them a dance or what not.

Depends what you call tease talk.

Telling a guy you get really turned on stripping (true or not) will probably go down well.

Saying you like the guy so much you'll see him OTC (again true or not) may cause you all sorts of complications.

All dancers flirt to one degree or another with their customers - they wouldn't get paid if they didn't. (Very few guys are going to fork out money to a dancer if they think all the dancer is interested in is $$$'s).

If you call tease talk flirting with a guy (and getting him to really fancy you) while fully intending that he's never going to see you OTC, then that's part of the job description.
