Do a search on the Titan laser. Sassysummer had it done with fantastic results.
And congrats on your baby!
It can actually take several months to lose that loose skin. Think of it this way...it took 9-10 months for your body to stretch enough for baby...it'll take at least that long for everything to go back into place.
Just be patient.
That will be a lot of work. Pilates "was" my friend! Then I had tummy tuck after 2 years for the ugly scars and stretch marks![]()
When I lost a lot of weight I had that issue. Pilates helped tremendously.
i had my son in september, im still fighting this saggy, wrinkly mess that used to be my perfectly smooth abdomen.boohoo. i keep forgetting my body just accomplished this incredible task that took almost a year, and im all "ok belly, time to not be ugly! what the fuck is the holdup here!"
i recommend playing "airplane" with your baby...lay on your back, put your knees up and lay your baby on top of your shins. holding his/her arms, bend your knees and move your legs around as much as you can without flinging your precious infant into the stratosphere. GREAT tummy workout. babies love it too. careful you don't get barfed on....heheheh
they say do crunches but i fawking hate crunches. here is what i do...
i had a dance teacher in college whose abdomen-strengthening routines were killer...girls in the class said they'd done pilates for years and never had such an asskicking workout as hers. it involved a lot of stretching, steps and jumping around to get the blood flowing and loosening muscles. then, the ab exercises.
instead of lifting your upper body, you lie flat on your back and move only your legs. draw one knee up, lift the other leg a few inches off the floor and count to ten. switch. lower both of your legs, but don't let them touch the floor. then, crisscross your feet a few times, counting to ten. don't let your feet touch the floor until you've gone through 30 seconds of abuse! i find that it helps to snap my fingers by my sides to keep count, or something to keep my arms in check, otherwise they flail aimlessly while i struggle with gravity. remember to breathe!!! do these a few times, then turn on your tummy and do the "mighty mouse"....push up and stretch your tummy the opposite way, good and long. always intersperse your tummy workout with a mighty mouse, and end it with one. it's no good to work the shit out of your muscles one direction and never pull them the other way.
this is the only tummy regimen i ever even remotely followed in the loosest sense, and pre-baby i was always complimented on my abs. hopefully it works to tighten up our flappy belly skins! and CONGRATULATIONS!!!![]()
