    Default the AB LOUNGE

Because the new Ab Lounge 2 "jackknife" motion is more effective than ordinary crunches, it creates more fat-burning muscle activity in your upper and lower abs, love handles and obliques. The result is a more effective workout!

Anyone tried it? Think it's a waste of money?

Considering you can obtain the same results with basic crunches and leg raises on the floor, yes it's a waste of money.
Idealism is fine, but as it approaches reality, the costs become prohibitive.

I have one friend that has it...they love it(though I dont think they have used it much). They say that you really feel the differance. I just do crunches on a stability ball plus I do them with weights on my bowflex..I cant imagine its that differant that I need to shell out for yet another piece of equipment

Its pretty cool...a friend of mine has it. It makes doing crunches "not so bad" after all.

If you think you need a piece of equipment to work your abs, just get a stability ball. It's better for your back than being on the floor. I got mine for $3 at a kohls sale and love it. Makes crunches sooo much easier (and funner).

btw, I have an ab lounge that I never use if you want it.
