    Default Best Moisterizer???

The air is really dry here in the desert during the winter. I use moisterizer when I get out of the shower when my skin is damp because spreads on a lot quicker when your a little wet.

Lately I've been using neutrogena unscented body oil. I also wash my hands all the time so I keep a pump of Udder Cream next to the sink. Does anybody have any other recommendations for oils or exceptional moisturizer?

I really like Palmers cocoa butter, not the lotion just the butter. It really works wonders for your skin, however I would suggest putting it on only at night because it has somewhat of a greasy feel to it.

I personally love St. Ives Whipped Silk, but I'm a sucker for any St. Ives product. I'd buy stock in their company (seriously, I would) and I literally panic when I run low on Apricot Scrub because I hate the way my skin feels without it.

I love Bath & Body Works body creme in Cherry Blossom. I haven't had any winter skin itchies since I've been using it.

I've been using Yes to Carrots' Body Butter. It's awesome I highly recommend it and you can get it at Walgreens.

I'm a huge fan of cocoa butter. My grandmother swore by it and she always had beautiful skin, and until she got sick at 78 she never looked her age. Moisturizing sunscreen on your face EVERY morning, Oil of Olay at night, and cocoa butter on the body once a week was her routine. I just use a moisturizer from Sephora that has sunscreen in it (on my face only) and put that on every morning, and if I have to wash makeup off my face at night then I follow that with the moisturizer too. On my body I either use straight cocoa butter (when I can afford it) or some product that has plenty of cocoa butter in it. You have to let it dry before you can get dressed, but that only takes a few minutes and it does keep your skin supple.

Oh, and I also keep lotion in my purse and rub it into my hands a couple times a day. Always follow with lotion when you wash your hands, because your hands show age before your face does.

I have been using Vaseline Cocoa Butter Vitalizing Gel Body Oil and my skin has never looked better. On my face I have been using Lancome Nutrix Royal
Intense Lipid Repair Cream and my skin has not been dry. (even in the rocky mountains!!!)

Damn now that we have cold weather in Fl. i'm gonna smear Vaseline all over my face! My skin is dry. Maybe a light coat and blot off any excess, and put on a face cream so i don't look oily.

    I love the apricot scrub.

I like cocoa butter, but my favorite mosturizer has got to be Paquin's for hands, Clinique for the face, and *can't remember the name* but it smells soooo good, and it's not greasy at all for the body. It's a super fruity line, and it smells delicious....They usually sell it at beauty supply stores, or salons.

Ditto. I like that it has just a teeny bit of shimmer.

I like to use Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Butter right after I get out of the shower, then while it's still kind of wet I use their cocoa butter oil along with it. The combination keeps me soft in this harsh weather.

Do you buy this in one of those natural food stores?

Loooooooove that stuff! The creme is great for night, and the lotion for day. And it just smells tasty.

I hate most lotions and oils are too slick. But I use something called Bio Oil. Try googling it. It's worked for me, keeps in the moisture when I put it on at night right out of the shower and wake up with soft skin.
