Default Has any one here used Care Credit?

    Hello,
merry late Christmas and happy new year ladies!
Has any one here used Care Credit? Is it very hard to get approved for
    do you know?
My credit is fair, not good and not bad. Its in the 600 range.
I have not tried it yet because I want to get a co applicant first
before I try because I am worried I wont get accepted for it and it
is very important I get this done because I have a large benign tumor
I need to get removed from my breast.
THANKYOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!

Super easy to get approved. had it for awhile - loved it.

Oddly, I would've sworn it was for pets. I used it on my cat...

yes, got 12 months of 0% financing for about 15,000 worth of dental work.

Like mentioned, if you don't pay it off in 12 months, they make you pay retroactive interest on that 12 months, plus a ridiculous rate afterwards, so...pay it off in 12 months of use a regular credit card. But, if you use it again during that 12 month period, they let your payments go towards the first balance. So at least they don't screw you over that way.

Awesome thankyou guys! I am not so scared to getting declined now.
My credit is not terrible but not great I think I need 12 grand.
I can pay it off in a year. Did anyone else get approved with not so great credit?

I just applied, and got denied. I applied for my boyfriend, and he got denied. My credit is very very bad, his is just bad, but has a lot of recent negative activity. I would say his score is 580-600(ish), mine is 520 (ish)

If you can't qualify for Care Credit, may I suggest an HSA attached to a high-deductible health insurance plan? Most people here need something like that anyway.

Wow. That's pretty good....health care for you AND your pets!

On another note, my SO's extended health benefits included free PetPlan. The friggin' company pays for health insurance for your PET. Jeebus. What is the world coming to?

Ive used it for dental. Love it.

It can be used for medical, dental, pets, cosmetic. But the place has to accept Care Credit. Its not like a CC you can use anywhere...

You probably wont get $12k. My husband makes 108k year salary and credit score is 680. We only got $2,500.

Perhaps I'll look into it for my pets. I easily spent over a grand on them this year.

Yep, I applied for CareCredit almost a year ago to help pay for my boob job. I have terrible credit and was only approved for $1000. I ended up not even using it, but I still have it just in case I need it for emergencies or something. I was worried I wouldn't get approved, my credit score at the time was 518 I think.
    Best of luck to you!
