Default Know the details of Starbucks' insurance plan?

My husband and I want to start planning a family soon and I was thinking of getting a part time job to get benefits. I heard Starbucks offered full coverage after 3 months, is that true? Also if anyone knows is it like the real insurance where you pay like less than 100 bucks for your entire hospital stay? I have been googling my butt off and can't find anything. When I worked for America Online my entire responsibility was like 15 bucks, I shoulda had a kid then!

I would really appreciate it if anyone has details on the company they use, the monthly deduction costs , etc.

I'm pretty sure Dottie Rebel's husband works there, maybe try pm-ing her.

Benefits kick in at 20 hours a week. They are good and it's a decent place to work, but surely you could make enough to pay a healthy premium in far, far less than 80 hours of stripping a month.

Of course but I have other reasons for wanting to get a part time job. Not to mention Insurance is a total rip off. I could save my money up and be better off than pay premiums monthly only to be told that after 18 months of paying I am eligible for like 2500 in maternity benefits (if that). So not worth it imo. But, if I am looking for part time job anyways, it's going to be one with benefits.

Oh, the OP just says for benefits, hence my thinking. If you're looking for part-time non-club work anyway, sure, the benefits are good compared to most other part-time work.
