I am searching for any info on Act Bottling Company, from Pioria Illinois. They make vodka / whisky from Corn.
I don't get anything on yellow pages . com. And nothing on Yahoo. Is there a way to search for this business?

Is there a name of the Vodka/Whisky you can search rather than the plant?

...doesnt seem to be enough info. Is it a 1977 bottle from a "long out of business" bottle company? How about a pic of the label?
"Peter, did you take Stewie to a strip-club? He smells like sweat and fear." - Lois and Stewie (Family Guy) ... "Through early morning fog I see, Visions of the things to be, The pains that are withheld for me, I realize and I can see..."
I did a quick google on bottling + peoria and found the American Bottling Co, telephone 815-220-0464 at 12 Gunia Dr, Lasalle, IL 61301.
This poor quality photo was taken on 27/12/07 in Cuba, of a label of liquor.
The label says "Destilled and Bottled by ACT Bottling Company, Peoria IL, Product of USA"
There was a whole store selling this stuff. The name was "Corn" Vodka, or maybe it was Corn Rum.
As you know, it is strictly illigal, and practically impossible, to get anything American made into Cuba. There was litterally thousands of bottles of this stuff. That company can get in a lot of trouble for that.
I tried to take more photos but it was too obvious what I was doing, and I didn't want to get in trouble.
I wonder if there really is an ACT Bottling Company in Peoria?
OK, I just called them and no answer, the machine says it is a 'Group' of companies, so that my explain the difference in name. However, it sounds like that company you found is in LeSalle, not Peoria.
The search I did was for the entire County, which includes LaSalle. However they do have an office here: American Bottling Co, RR 1 Box Kckpoo, Peoria, IL 61602, Phone: (309) 693-2777, Business Types: Beer & Wine, Beverage Non-Alcoholic Manufacturers - and may well have a separate name merely for bottles sent to certain areas. If I recall correctly Coca-Cola are big in the area, and this may well be a sort of cover up for their works.
Peoria was once home to a number of distilleries, dozens of them. It was once named whiskey capital of the world. I think they're all gone now.

You may want to look at that label again. It says "ACT Distilling Company" which I came across this.
