    Default New Year's Resolution

My goal is to drop about 55 lbs in the next several months. Besides exercise, and getting off of sweets, beer, I am taking Dexatrim max2O (as was recommended by a dancer).

Any other recommendations out there (please no crank, cocaine, smoking, types) to lose weight fast?

i took/sometimes take dexatrim max. it's basically green tea/caffeine and acts as a diuretic. it wont work for actual weight loss, just water weight. and it definately isn't comfortable to have to pee 25 times a day.

In addition to cutting out beer, don't drink soda, diet or otherwise. Water and herbal tea (unsweetened, caffeine free preferably) are your friends. Lots of it.

I've given up on new year's resolutions, for many reasons, and think they should be made at a different time of the year. Funnily enough, I wrote about this a couple of days ago in my weblog. Must be a trend.

i have a question and have never used this site so please tell me where to go?i am married to a man that hid a credit card statement from me when i got the next months bill i knew why.but that is that,my question is-should i be upset(i was)that he spent $500.00 in a strip club while he was working out of town(all in the same night)said it was on lap dances(one for his co-worker)now i know that they are not that expensive,am i overreacting or is this customary?i understand him going but $500 and then hiding it and lieing(he said that it was the only place for him to get a cash advance by the way there was no extra percentage rate for the cash advance so i knew he lied).i was just wandering what someone in the profession had to say and make sure i don't over react or even under react!!!!thanks for any help

um, omg no on all drugs, diet or illegal. How are you gonna prove it was really ALL YOU that did the hard work? 55 lbs or more, it's possible. Don't go on drugs. Weak cop out.

Well, you should start a thread instead of using up someone else's. But it was probably for a champagne room, and he didn't want you to know. You should tell him he has your permission to visit sc's, and if he already knows this, then he's being a dick. But start a thread.

it's me again i reread what i wrote and the part about the cash advance was before i pointed out to him about the difference in the rates from charges vs cash advances and they also list them that is when he told me about the dances.it happened about 6 months ago,i can't get past it and i think it was the lies and hiding it that bothers me the most.but i guess you get alot of stuff like this.
