So, after spending a few wild hours in bed, and yes, they were wild, I started moving around and suddenly my back went totally out on me. Now I'm walking slightly hunched over and it hurts, especially to twist side to side. I have never had lower back problems but it seems lately I've been prone to getting charly horses in my legs and my muscles have been stiffer. What can I do to feel better? Also, should I try doing pilates or just rest for a few days?
