    Default Threw out my back in bed...

    So, after spending a few wild hours in bed, and yes, they were wild , I started moving around and suddenly my back went totally out on me. Now I'm walking slightly hunched over and it hurts, especially to twist side to side. I have never had lower back problems but it seems lately I've been prone to getting charly horses in my legs and my muscles have been stiffer. What can I do to feel better? Also, should I try doing pilates or just rest for a few days?

    a.) rest a bit.
    b.) drink more fluids and go buy POTASSIUM/magnesium pills, & take some calcium too.
    Your electrolytes sound off, esp. potassium, which is probably responsible for cramping.
    c.) eat a banana
    d.) skip pilates for a day... but you should be ok.
