I just tried but as I sharpen it more it gets white specks in it. Maybe someone else can do a better job.
Unfortunately, it can't be done. Photoshop, as good as it is, is not that good.

I sharpened it twice with GraphicConverter, but a third time made white lines and dots appear. It's a bit sharper. Hope you like it. Let me know if you want it rotated.

Sometimes the shareware software will do stuff that the expensive stuff won't. I LOVE GraphicConverter.
photoshop does do it, you just have to play with the advanced settings, unfortunately the focus was on the background and the resolution is low, if it had been a better camera these could have been brought back perfectly, but they are pixelated badly
here's a couple quickies run through a filter, if i remember i'll try to clean them up a little for you later
