^I feel ya. I was supposed to work tonight too but after Thurs and Fri I have zero energy. To make 3 nights a week I do Wed, Fri, Sat- that way there's a day of recovery in between. Usually there has to be some dire financial issue to make me work 3 nights in a row. I just don't have the stamina.
Hope you get some good answers!
The more you do you more energy you'll have and regular exercize will help your stamina a lot. Try to establish a work out which encourages a little bit of energy spent over a long amount of time. Sorry, I'm really tired but will try to explain. Instead of sprinting for 10 mins, jog for a half hour, do an hour of pilates, life lighter weights but increase your reps. This should slowly help your boy to get used to spreading its energy out if that makes any sense. You should be doing a workout like this at a minimum 3 times a week.

exercise is key. that's really the only way. don't bother with energy drinks and shit, all that fucks your system up, eventually.
I'm not too sure how stripping goes, but I know interval training helped me keep up at cheerleading practices and ballet rehearsals. It's just alternating jogging with sprinting and you can throw in some really fast walking after sprinting. If you're on your feet all day at work (which I assume is the case) and then have periods of time during that where you need bursts of energy (stage dances or whatever else) then it's probably the best thing for you.

^ that long drive is probably what exhausts you most.
I find that if you enjoy work, you want to do it more and find the energy to do it. Let's face it, we're not ironworkers or anything.
My guess is that stress is what is exhausting you. That is why it's the lapdancing you find most taxing... It involves sales, intimacy with people you don't know, not knowing how much you'll make from lapdances, the long drive to and from work, among other stresses.
I go to work solely for the lapdances and embrace the challenge. Not everyone can work the way I do, but, mind you I'm also quite new and fresh. Evenso, I find working 6 nights a week tiring, but that one day off does wonders for refreshing my energy.
Oh Canada, we stand on cars and freeze...
Yes those are really long shifts. I have heard in Austin you do not have vip rooms. If I had to dance on the floor all night my toes would be screaming!
it is all v draining, mentally and physically. Hats off to the girlies who it 6 nights a week.
If I do 3 shifts Im proud. At 8 hrs each its enough!

I used to. And I am this week! I may be insane though.
When I work 10-12 hr shifts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I need way more than 7 hours of sleep to recover. I usually just get up and get ready, start the whole cycle over again. Don't really do anything strenuous in between. I don't go to the gym on days that I work.
Oh I forgot to mention, eat right! I've learned that heavy foods slow me down and I will feel like not going to work. So on my work days, I cut out pastas, rice, potatoes, fried foods, fast/junk foods entirely. I just eat light; mostly fruits and veggies, soups, etc.. Not saying that everybody should do this, but it definitely helps me.
Drink TONS of water because it helps alleviate cramps and your tired muscles really need it.
On the nights where I can barely make it is when I sometimes turn to caffeinated drinks.![]()
Since I have started doing this, I can work longer shifts, work more frequently and whatnot. I figured out that the big carb-y meals I was eating either before my shift or during were draining my energy. So now on the days I work I eat 2 eggs and a piece of whole grain toast in the morning, then drink a protein shake right before work (which usually keeps me full and satisfied the whole shift) and if I do get hungry at the club, I'll get a salad with grilled chicken on it. Then when I get home I'll pig out on my carbs![]()

Could you alternate days so that you don't have to do 2 days in a row? For example, work Thurs, Sat., then Mon. or Tues. This might help you since you know you'll always have Sun. and Wed. off for example, so you can look forward to resting on those days.

I think this is really great advice. When I was working in Austin and busting ass doing table dances all night I had to do cardio to have enough stamina to not get exhausted from work.
Also, maybe you need more than 7 hours sleep Thursday after work -- but I bet you have class or something interfering w/that. Sleep enough, exercise, and eat right (and have snacks at work). That's about it.

I work 3-4 nights a week when I have time for it.
I wasn't able to do that much though until I had about 6+ months of experience.
I find that I make more money and expend less energy with the way I do my lapdances now- extremely slow! Like almost painfully slow. My lapdances don't take much energy at all, but the guys keep buying 3, 4, 5 in a row this way!
When you get an answer let me know. I work 5-6 nights a week (with a week or two in between bookings to recover) and it knocks me out. I thought it was from getting older but it's just so much movement...You're moving constantly for the whole shift.
