I'm curious about what others will say on this one too.
In my experience, the tata's do NOT like to be worked out. I did some push ups a couple weeks ago, which always feels weird now 'cause I have unders. I could feel a definite tightening around righty. Then I looked in the mirror later and there was a faint dent, like the muscle was still gripping. It took a few days of massage to get the muscle to loosen back up.

NO! One of my friends I use to work with was a weight lifter. I mean she did the entire smear herself with that fake tan stuff.. TWICE she had to get her implants repaired for leakage.
I do push ups, then again mine are overs. Only four or five of them, just to keep my arms from getting that gross jiggle. Ew.

Mine were done last summer (more than a yr ago) and I do push up everyday when I teach my fitness classes. BUT I never do them to failure and I do them on my knees most of the time now. I feel like such a wuss. But, oh well.
QUESTION FOR ALL: Does doing exercise too soon after BA disfigure them and make them look like a bad boob job?

Gels or not I still would not risk it. I've seen too many beautiful jobs ruined by weights and one dumbass chick went sking the week after and fell on them. She had a dent in one of her boobs afterwards.
I have mine under the muscle and they feel very weird every time that muscle group is worked. So I don't work out my chest muscles that much. I wonder if this is bad?

I have co gels under and my surgeon said after 6 weeks its ok to do light weights again. He also said there is no problem with doing chest work. The implant will distort while you are doing it but unless you work out topless who cares right?
There's no way Im giving up working my chest and doing push-ups I love them!
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

I have saline unders and doing pushups/chest exercises is way to weird feeling. Not to mention why do I want to tighten up the muscle over my implant. I'm thinking that could result in distorted looking implants and or leakage/rupture.

I have silicone overs and so does a friend of mine. she started working out her chest - built up the muscle underneath and now her boobs look amazing and much bigger which is awesome. so im starting on working out my chest and every time i do an exercise i get no problems.
however we also have a friend who has unders, she is a very athletic looking woman and worked her chest but ever so lightly, and they look like stuck on cannon balls. I'd go with saying no chest exercises with unders!!!

I have co-unders and I do work out my chest, but only with lighter weights than I used to and they look fine. Its only if you over-do the weights and build up enough muscle tone to cause the muscles to squeeze the implant into looking distored. I had mine done a year ago, and I just work it out enough to keep my muscle tone where it is, no more, no less.
And I still think push up feel weird now!LOL!
