    Las Vegas Real Estate

Does anyone here own real estate in Vegas? If so, are there any agents you'd recommend that are cool, profesional and non-judgemental? Last question, is Clark county a safe place to live? Opinions, advice in general would be awesome. I love SF, but it is WAY too expensive to buy property here. I really am in need of some guidance! Thanks!

I have a good friend who just made a bunch of money selling a rather large house there (Vegas--I don't know what county). But you might want to wait, the values are going down. Vegas has been in a real estate boom so long that the prices are/were ridiculously high. Buying now might not be a great idea when the price of your home will drop a lot in the next year or two.

Hmmm.... yeah, I was looking at purchasing property in 2009. Maybe too soon. Well, at least I can get my homework done. It's definate that I'm going to buy property there, so i'm just a wee bit impatient and anxious.
