    Default Bread-makers rule!

You just dump the stuff in and BOOM!
    I just made this one:http://www.recipezaar.com/102631
    Healthier sandwiches, here I come!

Someone totally gave me one a few days ago... sooooo much fun! Banana bread is next on the list...

Best healthy sandwich ever: One slice of low-carb fresh bread, dijon mustard, some turkey, some fat free american cheese, and one or two bread and butter pickle slices... fold in half. *drool*

yeah they do! I used to make homemade bread all the time when I had mine. Isn't it great how you just dump all the stuff in and hours later out comes a delicious loaf of bread? mmmmmmmmmmmm

Thank you for posting this Bella! I've been trying to limit how many carbs I eat since it's the only thing that works for me when watching my weight. I haven't eaten any bread in a long time and I miss it. Now I just have to buy a breadmaker.

And if you don't want it to come out in the shape that the maker gives you (mine looks like a giant muffin) you can take out the dough after the kneading phase & shape it however you want - loaf pan, ball, braid, baguette - then bake it in the oven! It's still so much easier - you still get to just dump the ingredients in, in order, & wait!

My family used to have a breadmaker when I was a child. I remember no matter what we did with altering ingredients or selecting different cycles, the bread that came out always had a burnt crust. I mean, the crust was seriously like a half inch thick on the sides and bottom, so I just kinda thought all bread makers made bread like that.

They're really that easy?? If so I may have to buy one, I'm tired of reading labels at the store trying to figure out if my bread has high fructose corn syrup in it...
