Default I want to speak about this but I don't

But if I don't I don't know if it will keep hurting dancers from making money so I will. Last night hubby and I went out to a SC. It was nice, the dancers were nice but I think either I will never sit at the end of the bar or I don't know but ok here is what happened.

I know stress and crap happen in every job, I know this but sitting there I heard girls arguing the entire time I was there. Girls calling each other names, girls telling each other off, accusing each other of stealing dances and "she took my fucking money, purse, customer" and so on. Some dancers avoided coming near my end cause I guess that is the spot where the venting happens and the place was packed so we couldn't really move any place else but I could see other dancers tell the other girls "can you take this some place else cause there are customers right here" and they didn't care.

There was this one girl I though was gorgeous and I waited almost all night to get a dance or at least a "hi" but because this other girl kept bitching about another girl I never even got to tip her. This can't be good for profit. Is this common?

I hope I didn't cross the line here

It seems like there are a few girls like that at every club. I can't stand the type. It feels like I'm in middle school (I won't say high school cause mine was drama-free) it's immature and low-class.

What's strange to me is that some guys love that stuff. They want to know who hates who and all that stuff. It's almost like it's cute to them or something.

Anyway, I don't know what else to tell you. I don't work the closing shift ever and part of the reason is because that's when there's usually that kind of behavior.

Ohhh. I was just thinking, well can't they go to the changing room and discuss this?

It could of just been a bad night too cause I mean one was yelling at another while she was on stage so I don't know.

We still did have fun. I had one girl say "thank you!" I said "why?" she said "oh you are the first woman tonight to be nice and smile to me, the rest of the women here have been total bitches" I looked around and the bar was full of girls and guys and I said "are you serious?" she said "I hate this crap, if you have a man who likes these places but you don't why come?" I said "oh so once you get to the guy the SO's don't like it?" she said "no! they give dirty looks and the guys don't look or tip" I said "that is ridiculous, if you can't handle it get the hell out"

I hate that with a passion! I am the one who takes my husband to SC, I enjoy them and he doesn't mind them, he would rather not go cause he says "you spend too much money" :blushes: but I don't get why go if you don't like your SO looking at pretty almost or fully nude, stay home!

Some girls are soooo unprofessional. I'm sorry the fantasy was a bit tarnished for you. But kudos to you for having fun and spending anyway. Sounds like you're an ideal female customer.

I agree that it seems some customers really get into this crap. I have guys all the time trying to get gossip from me. I usually just say nice polite comments about whatever or whoever they refer to.

I have seen girls go up to guys and start talking about the dressing room drama to guys in a way that makes them seem almost as though they are watching out for the guy - regardless of how one sided the info may be. I always wondered if this effected a guys interest in a girl if he originally was interested in meeting her prior to the gossip. hmmm....

So true. I never got this - Im not going to sit here and talk about the other girls.

Ive never worked somewhere where the girls yell at eachother like that - my managers would be all over that sh*t. No way... this is a classy place and very un-classy behavior like that is a no go.

And the thing with women customers being bitches - yea, it happens but Ive learned to deal with it but its still frustrating as hell.

Agreed, & it's usually the loser barfly regulars who don't spend anymore but think they're part of the "club."

Well I guess as someone who is cooped all day with fighting children and rarely gets to go out with her husband it was a real bummer. There was this really nice girl there and she actually came to me and said "I'm sorry, they are doing this right in front of you, if there was another spot I would move you"

I said "it's ok" just a bad night for some that night.
