I know this topic is discussed from time to time, but it doesn't help to remind... especially the newbies. A girlfriend of mine had someone cut the rubber band on her garter tonight and steal $150 from her. It was stolen by a really "nice" girl that told her to come by for a dance. She immediately exited the building and was gone with the $150. Girls, guard your money!! Pay attention!
-If you're not using a purse, take the time to rubber band your dance money into your garter after each dance. I often see $20 bills on the floor that I know have fallen out of the back of someone's garter as they have forgotten someone stuck it in there. Make it a habit to band it in and you won't lose it!
- Don't get so drunk that you lose track of your money--the one reason why you are there!! Know what is going on!
- When receiving a $20 or larger stage tip, rubber band it in ASAP so no one can slip you a $1 and slide out the larger bill. People are douches and will try it.
-Never ever let another dancer, customer, or friend hold on to your money. Don't trust anyone!!
-Don't "hide" money in your purse or suitcase in the dressing room. Greedy bitches will "find" it sooner or later.
-Don't ever let your purse out of sight or leave it at anyone's table!
-Don't flash your $100 bills on top of your wad. It may be advertising that you're soooo in demand that guys give you benjamins all the time, but it also makes you a target on a busy Saturday night.
- Beware of hands near your money. If my friend above had been more aware of someone putting their hand on top of her leg (and also her money) she might not have gotten robbed on the sly. I have been known to grab guy's hands if they go NEAR my wad on my garter.
- Every time I make another $100, I deposit it in my locker and lock it up. The most anyone could steal from me is $100 or less. I started doing this after someone went to hug me and then bit my neck and tried to grab my entire wad of money off of my garter. Some girls don't feel that their money is safe in their lockers, but I personally do. I check and re-check my lock a lot.
Phew... had to get all that off of my chest. I hated to see the look on my friend's face after that happened. I just don't want any of you girls getting money needlessly stolen or lost. We all work so hard for it.

I have yet to see those shoes in person, but yeah...I thought about getting the black one too. I wouldn't want anyone to see money in my shoe either. I thought about getting them just to put some of the money in, like you mentioned PC.
