I just made myself a chicken noodle soup and it rocks!!!
I'm not usually very good at soups but this is so good im very proud and thought i would share the recipe for those who want it.

I added pre cooked chicken strip and used chicken stock but veggies can use the veggie stock and just stick with the veg

Cook about 175g(2 sheets) of udon/egg noodles

Make up a big pan of stock( i just used the cubes)

When it is boiling add a teaspoon of crushed ginger, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and add handfull of beansprouts,sugarsnap peas and 2 heads of finely sliced pak choi.

If you want to add meat, do this now, add the cooked noodles and simmer for 5 mins and your done
