At the moment I'm just hiking one or two days a week and letting dancing take care of the rest, but I intend to take up Bikram (hot) yoga a few days a week soon. I could shed like 5 lbs but I'm afraid to lose my boobs. Anyway, I'm just curious what you all do.

(And you've seen how ppl get about repeat threads right? Some ppl are prob gonna say REMEMBER TO SEARCH!!!!!! But imo any workout thread is good n motivational. )

I use tennis balls too. i'm going to start including a weekly massage too. I consider it all "exercise."
