Default Tax Forms for Independently Contracted Dancers

The situation: I dance in Washington State and the way it works here is we are all independent contractors who pay a house fee each night we work.

The problem: I’m having trouble finding the forms for my federal income taxes. Would a program like Turbo Tax or Tax Cut work for me?

    Thanks!
