Converting Shoe Sizes

I'm trying to buy a pair of stripper shoes on the internet from America because Australian prices are insane.

Anyway, I'm trying to work out what size I would be. I'm typically about a 7.5 in Aussie sizing, and my feet are about 23.5 - 24 centimetres (just over 9 to 9.5 inches) long.

Just wondering if anybody can help me with how to convert this to American sizing and then what size stripper shoe that would equal?

So I think I work out to be a 7 at 9.31 inches or about an 8 or 9 US. Argh, I'm confusing myself.
Are stripper shoes the same sizes as normal shoes? And am I better to go a bit smaller (and stretch the plastic) or a bit bigger?

Can you try to find an adult store that sells stripper heels with the US sizes still intact (as such)? This is how I found out it is best for me to purchase US Size 5 (yes my feet ARE that small) for stripper heels.

I'm thinking it's probably safer to go with the actual measurement (inches/cm) rather than the size because they all seem fairly different. The website says I'm about a 7, which is very similar to what the other website stated when I went by inches.

Sorry to be annoying but what size are you in Australia usually and if you have time, how long are your feet? I think that might help me to work up better.

I'm really trying to nail this online, because where I am now it will take me about an hour to get into the city and I'm trying to avoid it

Im between a US 7 and an 8 and I always buy the 5 and let the plastic stretch as it kind moulds to my feet.
