    Default sitting on lap

Do you ladies sit on the laps of guys who have not yet spent a dime on you but whom you are trying to hustle?

I never have because I don't want to give any guy the pleasure of having me on his lap for free. However, this guy told me to come see him in 20 minutes for dances and I decided to return and sit on his lap. After going on sitting on the lap, I discovered it wasn't the same guy and it was someone I hadn't even introduced myself to!!! He ended up spending $100 on me......

Unless I get an extremely good feeling that someone will spend money, I won't sit on someone's lap on the floor when they haven't spent any money on me. But a lot of girls do this in my club and sometimes it does make them money. We have lapdance specials every hour and I'll just go around and ask someone for the special and after I get turned down, I'll see a girl jump on his lap and flirt and she'll get the dance. I can't bring myself to really do it but good for you for making money like that.

Thanks for the advice! I'm trying to figure out if the sitting on lap thing really works or if I just got lucky that time....

No, I don't do it. It's just a comfort level thing for me. I hate giving anything for free at work, purely based on my feelings. Like even if they start touching my hand or something, it's an instant prompt for me to pop the question. If no, I'm gone. It certainly does work for some people though. Depends on the customer I guess. I like sitting close, side by side, but the conversation is harder for me if I'm on the lap. Even while waiting for the next song, any pre-dance contact pisses me off.

We can't do that in our club, that's the rule. Plus, yeah I don't feel comfortable sitting on somebody's lap...unless it's a lapdance

I do it pretty frequently when I get a good feeling about a guy or when it's crowded and I can't get a chair in, or when I don't want to be blocking anyone's view of the stage. I like it because it puts them at boob level and makes getting a dance from me that much more appealing.

i almost always sit in someone's lap. in fact, i usually sit half on the arm of their chair, so that my boobs are right by their face. works like a charm.

    Love it!

I personally think it is tacky. I prefer to sit in the chair next to them and talk for a few moments before 'popping the question'. I also hate to think that I might be sitting in a guy's lap for free for a few songs while he is trying to touch my back, legs, butt or whatever other part he feels liberty to reach for and may not even say yes to a dance.

There are lots of girls at my club that do the whole sitting in the lap as an introduction approach and it works for them though. I have even seen girls go up to guys right on the floor, straddle (and grind!) on them, have a conversation in that position and then be turned down for a dance. I couldn't live with not getting paid for that...

I took the Dancer Wealth training and they advised not to sit in laps as well.

Tons of girls at my club do it, I've never done it just because I'm 5'10'' and 152 lbs and I'd feel awkward and uncomfortable sitting on most of the guys. If I was petite I could get away with it lol. I've also noticed now that I think about it that the top earners in our club never do it.

The same rule applies at my club. But I'm far from complaining.

This is the reason it works! No need to sit on the lap even, really. Just stick your best asset right in their vision area so their dick says yes to a lapdance! hahaha but seriously.

Sometimes men gesture for me to sit on their laps, and I'm sure it's such a mood-killer and totally anti-hustle but I tell them no and why I'm scared to sit on them lol.

I don't do it but I do sit on the arm of the chair, which is close enough. I do think strategic boob placement is key...ie right in their face helps more than sitting in their lap.

I think it depends on the club, where I work if you just sit on the guys lap he will start groping you and then why should he get a dance? If he tells me to have a seat and pats his leg, 90% chance he's a time waster, hoping for a free feel.

Also, the guys are hustled to death where I work so some have developed a strategy to combat the "plopping in the lap hustle", by sitting with one leg crossed over the other to block. It's pretty ridiculous but it's also a visual que to avoid them.

That being said if I've developed rapport with a guy and we are discussing CR's I will sit on their lap to create more intimacy.

if guys see other girls do it and you will come up and get another chair.. sometimes they loose their interest quick.. guys don;t come for a shy stripper.. so i try to convince them before i take them back. it s not a big deal to me anymore, but i used to feel like i can do without it.. definately makes me more money if there is lotsa competition

I try to sit in a chair next to them & then scoot the chair really close. If there's absolutely nowhere to sit, I'll sit on their knee, not their lap. A few times when there were plenty of chairs & the guy asked me to sit on his lap instead, he was a total time waster & too handsy. Now when guys suggest I sit on their lap I say , "Are you ready for a dance?" "No." "Then I'm not ready to sit on your lap," and walk away.

A couple months ago I pulled up a chair & the guy asked me to sit in his lap. I said my above spiel & he said, "You know, the last girl had better game. She REALLY wanted the dance. She was all over me." I asked, "So, did you get a dance from her?" "Well, no......but I was closer to getting a dance from her than I am from you!" I walked away from that loser.

But quite often, after a minute or 2 of convo, when I decide they're probably not gonna be an octopus & might be interested in spending big bucks I'll say, "The music is so loud! I can barely hear you (as I slide onto their knee), that's better (while I wrap an arm around their neck to stroke their hair & whisper in their ear).

I wonder if those girls that jump in a guy's lap & straddle him for half a song feel humiliated when he says no to a dance?

Same here. If I'm already sitting in his lap, why would he want to buy a lap dance? Most guys who ask me to sit in their laps just want free contact and groping capabilities. I will sit in the lap of someone who is tipping well though. It's all about the $$$.

    I consider that as a non-spender sign.

Not unless it's a customer I know and I'm not planning to stay there long. You don't get me on your lap unless we're on couch in VIP, I don't like sitting on people's laps..

I don't sit in someone's lap unless he's paying me to sit in his lap.
If he's paying for a champagne room, or paying the rate of a full nude dance [for every song I'm on his lap] that's fine...

I've noticed that when we have a lot of new girls all sitting on customers laps for free, the customers don't seem to feel as though there's any NEED to spend any money on ANYONE. Including the girl who was sitting on them!
But when a customer invites me to sit and I smile and say "Sorry, I'm at work, I can't really stop and talk," THEY suggest a private room more often than not. [The "I love to talk, but I'm at work soooorrrry!" approach has always seemed to work best for me.]

I think things like sitting on the lap, touching an arm, or giving a slight nudge with your body really increases the chance of a sell. And you don't have to sit forever. Where i work, when it's busy, i ask the customer for a dance right away, and any sort of body contact, in combination with a good sales pitch goes a long way.
