wow....thats sad.

They have a dream but no dictionary apparently!

That's a fucked up racist hoax.

^^ agree. I call photoshop.
Watch here for results:

could be photochop'd ... i checked snopes too when I first came across it...
time will tell if it's factual or not.

Well I'm no expert on Photoshop, but it would seem to be difficult* to splice in letters viewed at an angle like the sign on the left, and then make it appear to be a still from a television screen to boot. I'm sure it can be done, but whoever made that if it's fake spent some serious time on it. If it's a Photoshop, it is very well done (as opposed, of course, to being 'good').
I have no doubt that there are those who would take malicious glee in perpetuating racist stereotypes in such a fashion, but then there are an amazing number of people of all races who are functionally illiterate, and oblivious to it.
Daytona was good for that, some of the DJs and bouncers I worked with (who were white, BTW) exhibited the same level of intelligence as these people are supposedly doing, lol! The lists of names of girls on rotation these guys had were really amazing sometimes.
How fast is Snopes at detecting fakes?
*Moments later--actually, I take that back, rearranging and splicing in letters viewed at an angle would be easy to do, you could just cut and paste the correctly spelled word. All that would be required would be to transpose the 'E' and the 'A' in each sign, which being on a white background would make covering up the 'cut' lines quite simple.
So it would be very, very easy to fake it. I have done similar things when drawing in letters on buildings in architectural renderings.
That's pretty fucked up, for sure...

I would have rocked the "I HAVE A DEMON" sign....that would have been way cooler!
I saw this like 1 or 2 years ago in the internet..

Certainly fakeable but nontheless funny.![]()
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

Anything is possible on photoshop.
Oops, double post.
Move along, theres nothing to see here! :-D
^^^The woman on the left?
Thts not her hair, hat or jacket as far as I can see, lol - its a second person standing right behind her!
Edited to add.
Some of the letters on the right hand sign have a white outline around them that doesnt quite match the white background so fake me thinks. That second person I mentioned looks very odd too!
Edited a third time to add - she almost looks like just her head and the sign have been stuck on the photo.

I think I agree with Pan Dah... I didn't even realize that the woman's sign was misspelled, I was so busy looking at the man's.
If you think school is hard, try being stupid.
This thing has to be a fake. The hoaxster should have gone with "dreme", "drem" or "dreem," atleast that kind of sounds the same. If they had such a hard time with "dream", I don't think they would have spelled "have" correct.
However, the dead give away. These people took the time to use a stencil, some type of device to make sure every letter is straight, made sure the font was large and bold enough to read but thought "dream" should be a Soul Train Scramble Board. I don't think so. Definitely a fake.
According to snopes its not a fake )-:
Just someone being racist
What's the problem? People who are dyslexic, can't spell, or just careless with their stencils can't have a dream?
I wish I had a dollar for every time I've tranposed letters while typing, jsut hit the key lkightly and left a letter out, of had my finger hit the letter next to or above the key I meant. Most of the time, I catch these mistakes in an edit, but if I wee painting on a sign they would be there permanently.
Just for fun, I haven't edited this post.
^ Yea but.
