    Default What about breakfast?

I had weetabix covered in light & fit vanilla yogurt.
weetabix dissolves into sludge so badly in milk I've found that this is a better way to moisten it and its actually really tasty. I'm going to start eating all of my cereal in yogurt from now on.

Museli with yoghurt is also really good and thicker and more filling than milk

Threads like these make me feel like a pig...

I had scrambled eggs and fried ham for breakfast... very yummy!!! If I had yogurt for breakfast id be dropping half way through my day. Not nearly enough to keep me going strong.

A litre and a half of freshly squeezed juice and some whole fruits and nuts followed by a bowl of rice (-:
I shall be adding sprouts soon (not brussel sprouts, lol!)

My standard breakfast at the moment I call "my breakfast sandwich".

2 slices of wholemeal bread. Olive oil marg on one slice. Whatever spread I choose on the other slice. Some slices of cheese. One 'fried' egg (nothing fattening, just the way it is cooked).

Extras I include if I have them: a couple of slices of tomato usually cooked, spinach leaves, mushroom slices, avocado spread on one slice with the marg.

Usually have it with a mug or two of green tea (hot or cold).

Breakfast is my main meal and then I have one-three other smaller meals (and I mean smaller meals) throughout the rest of the day depending on whether I'm working or not.

That's a great breakfast. Eating rice, miso soup and garden salad in Japan for breakfast used to always make me feel healthy.

I love Fage total whole milk yogurt, I especially love the one w/ honey, but since it's kind of smallish I get the reg size and add my own honey, and sometimes almonds.

I can't eat right after I wake up in the morning, it's like I have permanent morning sickness or something. But after that feeling goes away, I eat. I'm really backwards, I never eat "breakfast" foods for breakfcast. It might be leftovers or dinner food. And sometimes I eat yogurt and cereals at night. Yogurt with a tablespoon of wheat germ is really good too.

I used to be just like this. I still can't eat a lot when I wake up, but I've trained myself to eat something light. Today I had a banana and some oatmeal.

This morning immediately after getting up I had drinking yogurt mixed with fruit again, plus some mango nectar. I went for a half hour jog after that, and recovered with some buttermilk and coffee sweets.

I'm really bad at eating breakfast myself. I'm trying to get into the habit of it. I've stocked up on yummy breakfast goodies from Whole Foods to try entice me into the early morning breakfast world. I'll let you know how it goes... if it happens.

    I wish I liked yogurt.

I always have breakfast, I can't function without it. Today I had coffee with hazelnut creamer, and a whole-wheat English muffin, and a salad with balsamic vinaigrette. I'm weird, I LOVE salad for breakfast.
