It depends on where I am, but $300 is never bad.
I agree with Lena. Im cool with $300 a night, but preferably Id take home more at least on the busy nights.
Id be happy with $300 a shift. Work 5 nights a week and thats great money. Hopefully making a little more on weekends though.

I vote
at three nights per week .. $900 is good money!
at four nights per week... $1200
at five nights per week.. $1500
however I do have to ask how many hours "on average" is someone working? One thing that is certain is that we all do not "pull" the same hours in one day/night/week.
Are we speaking about making $300 in 5, 6, 10 or more hours at a time?

I wish I could make 300 a nightI'd definitely be happy with that and work more often.

I would be slightly upset honestly.
If the club was dead and I know I hustled my hardest and walked out with that it would be all good. I'd probably be excited I even pulled that much out of them. But on any average night that I worked if I made 300$ I'd be disappointed.
I work7 to 8-ish hour shifts

I work 8 hour shifts, so no, I'm not cool with $300. Thankful, yes. Pleased, no.
I used to make $284 for a 40 hour week so I use that as a gauge to stay realistic. But honestly, because I know my potential and my club's potential for money, I'm not happy unless I leave with at least $500, and I don't get excited at all unless it's over $700.
It really depends on what's doable at your club though. I used to be just peachy with $300 at my old club because my ongoing average was about $275. $300 nights there were very decent.
Would I be excited over a $300 night? Nope. BUT I'm never going to complain about a $300 shift. Some people work all week and only make that. However, a night where I've only made that much would definitely not be considered a GOOD night, IMO.
2 months ago, I would have been livid about $300 a shift. But seeing how shitty this month is going....well, yesterday (a friday) I made $300. Shitty as hell, but I'm not even fazed anymore
Im completely happy with $300. 4-5 hour shift with $5 floor dances and $10 VIPs AND its a bikini bar. So yeah thats pretty good.![]()

on a weekday im ok with it. on a weekend i'd be PISSED.

I worked days and $300 was my minimum... It was below my average and I definately didn't consider it a good shift, but as long as I left with at least $300 I wasn't annoyed or cranky.
Right now I'm happy with $300 a night. I'd like to make more on weekends though. Over the summer $300 made me wonder what the fuck I did wrong. $500 was my $300 over the summer. But EVERYTHING around here is slow right now. I'm lucky of I make $500 on a weekend night. Gosh do I miss working at as club with champagne roomsthough I doubt its much better there right now.Lets hope tonight I get lucky.

With how my club has been lately, I'd be thrilled with $300! Even on the weekend! I can barely make $300 anymore. It's pathetic.
no, not pleased.
I dance at a topless club on Sunday and Tuesday nights only (child care reasons) and I've only made over $300 once and that was my first night. I came close last Tuesday making $275 but usually I only make about $150. I will add though that as soon as a bought white body netting that glows BRIGHT on stage I started making more. I guess there's always little things you can do to make a difference![]()
I used to get pissed at only pulling 300 bucks but lately i'll take it...
If I could count on a consistent $300 for a six-hour shift, yes, I'd be happy with that. I'd try to hustle and do even better, but I wouldn't complain about a consistent $300 average at all.
I would hate it, but I wouldn't hang up my stripper shoes either.

I used to average $300 a shift at my old club during the week. If I was being lazy.
On the other hand, I don't try to live a ridiculous life, with a fancy car and apartment and payments for things I don't need. So $300 a shift and four shifts a week is actually plenty for me to live on and thrive on. Plus, my bf works six days a week, and we have no kids, so you can imagine it doesn't kill me not to break a grand a night every time I work.I can't really be ashamed that I'm okay with $300 a night because I'm not that greedy anymore. I USED to want to make so much more, but it's because I was spending all my money on drugs.
Depends on where I am. At home... $300 a shift consistantly would make me extremely happy. I'd be able to work 3-4 nights a week and pay all my bills and have a significant amount to put in savings and still blow a little on fun. Fine with me.
When I work out of town..$300 is what I set for my minimum. When I take expenses out of it(hotel, food, gas, etc...) thats the minimum I have to make in order for it to be worth my while to go away from home. Anything less and I can pretty much make that at home(when you figure that $300 after expenses...depending on how many other girls I have staying with me to share expenses....actually nets me about $200)

I would not be happy with it. My shifts at both my clubs are 8 hours.
Of course though I'm not going to snub 300 bucks because that would be better than what I could make hourly now and far better than minimum wage. At both clubs there is no stage so I'm not working my ass off on stage either. It's alot less tiring to work those 8 hours.

$250 is my minimum to be happy. I am not a big hustler though.
There have been weekend nights at my 1st club where I've left with $60 bucks so $300 would have been fabulous! And that was a night I WAS hustling. (too many girls, high house fees, cheap guys)
