    Default another stripper name question

Okay, so I'm a newbie. I've been wanting to strip for a long time and I think I've finally made up my mind to go ahead with it. I think I have a club I want to audition at and everything. So, my question is, what does everyone think of Dawn as a stripper name? I realize it's not that exotic, but it kind of has a special meaning to me. I'm not sure though, does anyone have any reason why that's not a good name to use? I attached a pic so you can see if you think it fits me.
Also, I have some red scars on my thighs that are from self-inflicted cuts from awhile ago. Thing is, they look self-inflicted, and I'm worried if that will freak anybody out. I bought some body makeup, and some stockings to cover them up, do you think that will work? I also have scars on my shoulders from the same thing that you can see in the pic.

Please read all FAQs before posting. We'll all love you for it.

As far as the body scars, what you're doing should be fine. For more detailed hints in this area, try doing a search for "covering up scars" or something to that effect. We have had many a discussion on that one

I'd gently suggest that you take a little time learning how to cover the scars.

(I appreciate you may have issues in your private life so please don't take this as any form of criticism - far from it).

However, you are in the process of selling a fantasy and if us guys see your scars, you may arouse feelings of concern or pity. They may be commendable feelings to arouse, but they may also impact on your earnings.

Also, all dancers get turned down by the majority of men they ask for dances. It's a fact of life - us custies just don't have enough money to buy dances from every girl in the club. There are a number of threads (check out Hustle Hut and Stripping General) in which the girls discuss how they deal with being turned down during the course of the night. You might find then useful in learning how to take the "no's" as a part of the job, rather than a reflection on you personally.
