What do you munch on late at night? At the moment I am fiending for some sharp cheddar cheese!!!
bowl of cereal has always been my "bed night snack" ( that's what I called it as a kid, and it stuck...)
I 2nd the cereal. Not so bad that it'd undo a diet, and filling enough that you wont over eat it too much.

I have half an "english" muffin with real butter & real jam. It's the only exciting thing about getting up at 3am to drive to work.
LOL, I bought some of those little Weight Watcher twinkie type cakes. They are like 90 calories and 4 grams of fiber. I wake up hungry sometimes because I eat dinner around 6pm. But these little things are so good. I got the lemon flavored ones this time.
I just had a bunch of almonds. And some bread with honey. Before that, it was cottage cheese.
What I really wish I were eating? PIEROGIES.

Cheese, totally. It's the perfect before-bed snack. Dairy has tryptophan to help you sleep, and the cheese has just enough fat to make you feel full and satisfied but it's low-carb and low-fiber so you won't wake up hungry again in the middle of the night. I try to arrange my eating so I'm not hungry at bedtime, but if I am, it's cheese.
Of course, a tall glass of cold milk with a shot of Kahlua don't hurt none neither.![]()
Umm as I am reading this im eating a big bag of sour cream n onion chips and drinking a sprite and I have a big bag of york peppermint patties waiting if the chips don't satisfy me *coughs and looks around*
