    Default Winter Skin

I have spent three winters,in the states. So far it seems to be killing my skin. Is there any rituals, you girls use to keep your skin. With a healthy glow and soft. With out spending most, of your time putting lotion on it.

The cold air just take the moisture from me. Tonight is is below 1 degrees F

*hee* Windchill. I know the feeling--it's -13 with a windchill of -40 right now (at 11am)

Lotion is the way to go, really. Try a more intense one at night so that you don't need quite as heavy a lotion in the morning. You could also get a humidifier for your apartment/bedroom and leave it on at night so the air isn't as dry.

mmmm, I did not know the humidfier was good for dry skin. I will use it more often, when not sick! Yes the air is so dry. I awoke one morning with my nose bleeding. This is the coldest winter.

Yep, it's been brutally cold here. I put a light coating of avacado oil on my face, it gets extremely dry.

I put cocoa butter on immediately after I get out of the shower, followed by Vitamin E oil. It keeps me from drying out. I've also noticed that eating oily fish makes my skin much softer, although I haven't had any in a while.

That explains why I am craving fish.
